History: The Durnford Group has a fine reputation , which it has enjoyed for over 10 years since its establishment. Nick Durnford, owner and Managing Director of the Durnford Group founded the business in 1993, initially trading as ND Garden Services. However, the Durnford name has early roots in serving North Wiltshire as in 1919, Nick Durnford's great grandfather began trading as Durnford & Son General Stores in Purton, Wiltshire.
Since 1994, the business has significantly expanded and strengthened, in particular through the acquisition of its fencing arm, now known as Durnford Fencing.
In its early years as ND Garden Services, the business won the Shell Livewire Small Business of the Year Award and today the Durnford Group has grown to provide a fully comprehensive landscape design, construction, turf and topsoil , supply and maintenance, fencing and landscape sundry service to suit every customer from domestic, commercial, estates and local authorities to parish councils, schools and colleges.
